Sangakkara is the current captan of the kings xi punjab by replacing yuvraj singh.sanghkara born to Kumari and Chokshanada Sangakkara at Matale in 1977. Sangakkara is a product of the Trinity College, Kandy and was the ryde medalist of his year. He showed talents in both cricket and tennis at school, and it was the school’s Principal, Mr. Leonard De Alwis who advised his mother to encourage him to pursue cricket.Yuvraj Singh born 12 December 1981, he was captan of the kings xi punjab for 2008 & 2009,he is cricketer from India, and the son of former Indian fast bowler and Punjabi movie star Yograj Singh.At the 2007 World Twenty20 he hit six sixes in an over against England’s,He was the vice captain of the ODI team from late-2007 to late-2008.
